Now you can’t just have any comb and keep combing every time you feel like it. Avoid brushing your hair when it is dripping wet as the hair follicles are loose, and can cause undue hair fall. Go for an organic shampoo and conditioner that is free of Parabens, Sulphates, Silicone and SLS. These chemicals damage your hair in the long run. Pick up a gentle, herbal or organic shampoo, and your hair growth will be faster and healthier.
6. What you eat shows up on your hair
For healthy, natural hair growth it is important to eat right. Your dietary choices influence the health of your hair, and even skin. Make sure you are getting sufficient quantity of essential nutrients and minerals and eating fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, milk and nuts. Remember, your hair will not draw any nutrition from junk food.
7. Shampooing regularly breaks your hair
Now if you are one of those that is obsessed with washing their hair almost every second day, you need to take breather. Stick to a twice to thrice a week routine for decent hair growth.
