Well we have a good news, essential oils for babies and children are safe and effective for solving many problems such as help to calm your child, help him sleep, and clean nasal passages. However, there are some essential oils that are not so good around children.

#4 Peppermint oil for children helps alleviate congestion, only do it in kids age 10 and over.
