Cleaning teeth with oil, that too coconut oil, instead of toothpaste, incites a sort of shock. But medical experts believe there is merit in this stream of thought. It is believed that using coconut oil can help improve your dental health and also keeps your breath fresh at all times.
So here are few reasons you should switch over to coconut oil from toothpaste to enhance your oral hygiene.
