Eyes are the most sensitive part of our body and one of major attraction in a human personality. But these eyes are sometime covered with dark circles generally formed due to stress, unhealthy diet, allergies and other external factors affecting the under eye area. A healthy diet and a deep sleep can actually help to get rid of dark circles easily.

Here are some foods that can help to treat dark circles.

Vitamin K helps to repair the damaged capillaries and arteries and also helps to increase blood circulation in the body.

Lack of Vitamin K in the body also leads to puffiness under your eye area. Vitamin K helps to treat this as well and hence you must include vegetables in your diet like spring onions, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, prunes, beet, cabbage and other leafy vegetables.
