1. Warrior Pose I
Warrior pose is one of the best yoga poses that helps to lose weight effectively. Along with losing weight it also helps to strengthen your bones and build your muscles. Yoga warrior pose is extremely beneficial for people suffering from back problem, and even those with extremely low stamina and overall balance.
For this yoga pose, you need to stand straight with your legs far apart. Now bring your hands up above your head and stretch them.
Now clasp both the hands like how you say Namaste and turn your torso to the right side.
Now bend your right knee slightly while stretching your abdominal muscles.
Now close your eyes slowly and repeating doing it for 1 minute.
Now repeat doing with your legs part also. Repeat doing each posture for 3-4 times.
2. Warrior Pose II
Warrior Pose II is one of the most effective exercises that helps you to get a flat stomach and tone your thigh. It strengthens your abdominal muscles and boosts stamina and improve concentration.
You should do the same like mentioned above in the first point but with a slight difference.
Stand with your legs away from each other.
Now move your right foot to the right side and bend your right knee so that your right thigh is parallel to the floor.
Now keep your hand parallel and see straight for 5 minutes.
Repeat this posture 10-15 times to get a flat stomach.
3. Boat Pose
This one helps tone your ab muscles, and is best practiced on a yoga mat.
Sit down on a mat and stretch both the legs.
Now pull down your knees by keeping thigh straight and your toe pointed.
Now slowly raise your feet off the ground and lift your legs upto 45 to 50 degree.
Now keep your body in V position, while the spine should be kept as straight as possible. This will also help boost stamina.
4. Frog position
This is a very simple yoga position that helps cut belly fat stomach, and lose weight overall.
To get this right, first lie on your belly and then press your forearms against the floor.
Then lift your head as well as torso.
Next, bend your right knee and bring your heels back to the buttock.
Now, maintain this posture for about 10 minutes and repeat doing this with your legs on the other side.
5. Bow Pose
Simply lie on the floor with your belly touching the ground and rest your hands beside your torso, palms facing up.
Now exhale and bend your knees in such a way that your heels are close to your buttocks.
Take your hands back and clasp your ankles. Inhale and lift your heels away from your buttocks, while you simultaneously lift your thighs away from the floor, press your shoulder blades against your back and open your chest.
Look forward and ensure you don’t stop breathing.
Maintain this position for about 20 seconds before you return to the initial position as you exhale.
