#1 Mochaccino Smoothie
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, Vanilla
8 oz Cold Brew Coffee
1 medium banana
8 oz Pea Milk, Chocolate
1 oz Cacao Nibs
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine milk, coffee, banana, protein, and cacao. Blend on high until well combined and smooth consistency achieved.
Pour into a glass and garnish with cacao nibs.
#2 Sunrise Cinnamon Spice Shake
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
3/4 cup Yogurt, Whole Milk, Plain
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 package stevia
1 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS
Add the yogurt (not Greek yogurt), cream cheese, ice cube, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and stevia (or another naturally-derived sweetener) to a blender.
Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass and serve. Hint: If desired, garnish with a cinnamon stick.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
1 scoop Protein Powder, raw vegan
1 cup Cashew Milk
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree Organic
1/2 medium banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Add protein powder, cashew milk, pumpkin puree, banana, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, kosher salt, and black pepper to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with remaining 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
1 tbsp Organic Hemp Seed, Raw Shelled
2/3 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
1/3 fruit without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California
5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
3 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS
Add the hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, avocado, ice cubes, dill, lemon zest, and salt in a blender.
Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass and serve.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
1/2 pear
1 1/2 cups Baby kale
1/2 tbsp CHIA SEED
1 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 pinch Pink Himalayan salt
1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine: pear, baby kale, chia seed, apple cider vinegar, unsweetened almond milk, salt, ice. Blend until smooth.
Add more almond milk until desired consistency achieved.
#6 Almond Butter & Blueberry Smash Smoothie
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 3)
1 3/4 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
1/4 cup Almond Butter, Creamy
2 tbsp Raspberry Fruit Spread
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
Add the frozen blueberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, fruit spread, vanilla extract, sea salt, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of the lemon zest to a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, and serve.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
1 cup Baby kale
2 tbsp Flax Seed, Organic
1 banana
1 tsp Matcha Green
1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine baby kale, flax seed, banana, matcha green, almond milk and ice. Blend on high until smooth.
Add more almond milk until desired consistency achieved.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
1 cup Freshly Frozen Whole Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries, frozen, sweetened
4 oz Soft Tofu
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1/2 cup Almond & Coconut Milk, Unsweetened
2 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Pulse until smooth.
#9 Vegan Hint-of-Sweet Avocado Shake
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
2 tbsp Organic Hemp Seed, Raw Shelled
3/4 cup Almond Milk, Original
1 cup Baby Spinach, Fresh
1/2 fruit , without skin and seed hass avocados
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Grated lemon zest
2 package stevia
5 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS
Add the hemp seeds, almond milk, spinach, avocado, ice cubes, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and stevia (or another naturally-derived sweetener) to the blender. (Hint: For best results, dice and freeze the 1/2 avocado about 30 minutes before prep.)
Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
3 tbsp Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 3/4 cups mango
1 cup English Cucumber
1 cup Organic Baby Spinach
1 cup Unsweetened Green Tea
1/2 cup Broccoli, frozen, spears, unprepared
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Fresh Ginger Root
1/8 tsp Tumeric
DIRECTIONS
Add the hemp seeds to a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until powdery.
Add the frozen mango, unpeeled chopped cucumber, spinach, chilled green tea, frozen broccoli, mint, lemon juice, ginger, and turmeric. Cover and blend on high speed until well puréed.
Pour into chilled jars or tall glasses, and serve.
