1. Spaghetti
You need to take 1 whole cup of spaghetti, one cup of bell pepper (sliced), ½ cup of slices onions, one tspoon of olive oil and 2/3 cup of cooked edamame. Now, take small amount of oil and toss all these together and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Eating these loaded spaghetti will give you 420 calories in total. You can also add some soya beans as a topping as they are packed with fibers and proteins.
2. Broccoli and omelet with toast
This is one of the easiest breakfast recipe you can have to lose weight effectively as well as keep your stomach filled. Broccoli provides fiber in the body which helps to increase stamina as well as energy in the body. Chop some broccoli into small pieces and add it to omelette. Add some spices to the omelette and serve it hot with toasted brown bread. It is important to stay away from white bread as it may lead to extra carbs.
3. Home made asparagus
Chop some asparagus, chicken, kale and quinoa and then boil for some time. Now add 2-3 spoon of soya sauce in it and also add some grated ginger as fresh serving. Once all the vegetables are boiled, add some pepper, salt and chilly flakes on it. Toss some soya sauce and ginger once again if needed.

4. Boiled veggies
You should collect some leaf vegetables and good vegetables that can help to increase the amount of fibre, protein and nutrients in the body. Add vegetables like spinach, carrot, potatoes, beans, broccoli and other sprouted grains and seeds. Boil these vegetables and add some spices to make it tasty. Serve hot and prefer eating this as your breakfast.
5. Banana smoothie
Take 2-3 bananas and cut them into slices. Now blend them in a grinder and add some honey to add sweetness in the smoothie. Also you can add some cinnamon powder to enhance the taste of smoothie. Serve this chilled. Bananas are very essential for your body because it helps to maintain the amount of protein, nutrients and fiber.

6. Mixed loaded vegetables
Take 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 1/3 cup chopped jicama, 1/3 cup chopped mango, 1 Tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 cup sliced avocado, 1 tomato sliced, 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1 tsp red pepper. Toss all the ingredients together and dress with lemon juice. Total amount of calories that is produced by this food is 430 calories.

Take 1 carrot and 1 apple and cut them into fine pieces. Now blend both the pieces into mixture and convert it into thick juice.
